Full Wedding Planning Service Overview
This service is best for you if you need to be well guided throughout the preparations. Unlimited consultation starts earliest of 12 months before wedding day so we can discuss each and every detail on how we can make your dream wedding come true.
We will discuss your budget, priorities, likes and dislikes so we can tailor-fit the wedding plan for you.
Considering these factors, we will make a presentation of Supplier Options from where you can choose suppliers who meet your criteria and budget (the supplier’s sample works are included in the presentation). We will also grab best deals for you.
We will make your Budget Management Worksheet which states the allocation of funds and advises you on how much you have spent or will still need to spend (based on your over-all budget).
We will draft a Time table Worksheet for the 6-12 months of preparations which will state all tasks to be done for the wedding, when it should be done and who will do it.
We will guide you in securing church and legal requirements.

You are about 50% down the road if you find yourself asking - "I've booked the church, reception venue, caterer, photographer - what's next?" Or "I'm sure I can book my church, venue, caterer, photographer, but what else do I need to do?" or "How can I put everything together?"
You will have the privilege of unlimited consultations with us 3-6 months before your wedding. At this time, you can endorse everything to us and we'll take it from there. You just have to sit back, relax, attend our meetings and we'll ensure everything's covered.
Semi-full Wedding Planning Service Overview
This service is ideal for you if you have made initial bookings with some suppliers already but need our help in continuing the preparations and finalizing the wedding details.
The inclusions are the same as Full Wedding Planning expect that the Timetable covers only 3-6 months of preparations, and the unlimited consultation starts earliest of 6 months before wedding day.

This service suits you if you have made (or are confident you can make) all supplier bookings and wedding preparations tasks. We will have 3 meetings starting 2 months before the wedding day to ensure that we will be able to execute the plans you’ve worked so hard for.
We will give you a wedding kit which contains checklists of the items you will need and templates such as musical scoring for ceremony and reception, directories for contact info of suppliers, entourage, participants, etc.
We will conceptualize and personalize your wedding reception program to make it fun and memorable for you and your guests. If you don’t have a professional emcee, we’ll even give you a standard program script for your emcee-friends to follow.
We will make a Wedding Day Schedule for you which states what time you should wake up, the time your supplier arrives, start of make-up and who goes first, time and sequence of pictorial at the hotel room, call time for your family and entourage members for pictorial, time we leave hotel, arrive church, start reception and so on.
We will coordinate with your suppliers to ensure that they will enforce contract and remind them of other wedding details.
On the wedding day, our team will be in your hotel room 4 hours prior to ceremony. We will supervise all activities in your hotel room, ensure solemnity of the ceremony and direct a wonderful, fun-filled reception.
